The only time Art from Ashes conducts a review is to ascertain competence with the job description requirements after 60 days of training and experience.

This formal 60-day review covers basic responsibilities and core competencies on a numerical scoring system:

1 = Needs Significant Improvement

3 = Competent Without Supervision

4 = Above Average

5 = Exemplary

Job demands, number of hours, and amount of training provided are taken into account in the comments, should there be any specific areas rated lower than Competent. Overall rating, however, may not be less than 3 in order for the employee to be hired long-term.
