The shared responsibilities of the members of the FunDevelopment Team are:

  • Strategize and oversee all funding streams
  • Ensure representation at meetings from other Volunteer Teams
  • Support the Events Team
  • Develop small business donations/sponsorships requests
  • Create and schedule promotional presentations
  • Set up face-to-face asks (develop relationships with AfA donors)
  • Solicit in-kind donations
  • Donor management (follow up requests for donations and update database information)
  • Manage annual letter writing campaign and eBook sales
